The call quality is on a par with standard phone lines. We have monitoring software that constantly reviews the call quality using the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) – the software takes into account packet loss, perceived volume and jitter.
Heavy bandwidth usage on your ADSL connection will affect the call quality. We recommend customers be aware of their current usage before attempting VoIP calls – the other option is to purchase an ADSL router which as built in VoIP support or extensive QOS.
