What do I need to do when I change address?

As soon as you know the date that you plan to move, please advise Wi-Manx by e-mailing support@wimanx.com from your registered e-mail address or an approved account contact with the following information:
- Account name and number
- Full new address (including post code)
- Any change to the telephone number
- The date of the move
With this information we will aim to coordinate with the telephone line provider so when your new line is installed / existing line provisioned at the new address, your broadband connection will be activated.
