The most secure wireless encryption available on consumer routers is generally WPA2, followed by WPA, WEP (128 bit) then WEP (64 bit).

Unfortunately, some software drivers with wireless network cards have problems supporting these newer encryption technologies.

We suggest using either WPA2 or WPA. If you have problems logging onto the wireless network with these settings, first try upgrading your wireless network card drivers. If you are still unable to logon, change the router to use WEP128. Unfortunately we cannot provide technical support on the advanced aspects of wireless networks.
