Launch Microsoft Outlook 2019.

Press ‘File’, then ‘Info’ and then ‘Add account’

Enter your Wi-Manx Email address, select ‘Let me set up my account manually’ and then select ‘Connect’

Select ‘IMAP’ from advanced setup options

Enter in the details of the server information as shown below including Server, Port and Encryption Method. Select ‘Next’, this will then ask your for your password.

After this, Outlook will then ask you to enter your username, this can be found in your customer portal or by contacting our support team on 641188. The Server and Password will already be entered.

Press ‘OK’ this will now check your settings and create your account.  Once complete you will be able to send and receive emails through Outlook.

If you have an old POP account set up, please follow this process in order to remove it (if you are not sure if you need to do this please contact support):

Select ‘File’ then ‘Info’.   Select ‘Account Settings’.

Select the account, yours will say in the ‘Type’ (POP).  Once selected press ‘Remove’.

(PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR OLD MAIL FILES INCLUDING ANY ATTACHMENTS)

Press ‘Yes’.

Your old POP account is now removed.
