Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Press “File” then “Add account”

Select “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” then press “Next”

Select “Internet E-mail” then click “Next”

Enter in the details of your email account and the server information as shown below.  Ensuring you select for the Account Type ‘IMAP’.

Press ‘Next’ this will now check your settings and create your account.  Once complete you will be able to send and receive emails through Outlook.

If you have an old POP account set up please follow this process in order to remove it (if you are not sure if you need to do this please contact support):

Select ‘File’ then ‘Info’.   Select ‘Account Settings’.

Select the account, yours will say in the ‘Type’ (POP).  Once selected press ‘Remove’.

(PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR OLD MAIL FILES INCLUDING ANY ATTACHMENTS)

Press ‘Yes’.

Your old POP account is now removed.
