Removing an Unwanted Telephone Device from the Fritz!Box

  1. Open the user interface of the FRITZ!Box by entering or in your web browser
  2. Click “Telephony” on the left hand menu.
  3. Click “Telephony Devices” under “Telephony” in the menu.
  4. You should now be presented with a list of telephone devices.
  5. There should be a telephone device for the Wi-Manx VoIP service this will be identifiable by a telephone number beginning with 7155xxxx.  There may also be an entry for your home number.
  6. Any device labelled as a “LAN/WLAN (IP telephone)” should be removed immediately, by clicking on the red X to the right of the entry.
  7. If there are any other devices listed that are not required or you do not recognise, they can also be removed.
