When preforming the initial configuration a router for use with our Broadband service we recommend that you connect using a wired Ethernet connection.

First ensure that your router is correctly connected via a micro filter to your phone line.

Correct use of a Micro Filter

Open your web browser and clear anything that is in the address bar, type into the address bar and press enter.

You should see the guest status interface for your router, before you can change any settings you need to click the “Login” button in the top right.

The routers default password not set so leave it blank and click “Submit”

On the left hand menu click “Connection Type” to start configuring your ADSL settings.

Select PPPoA as your connection type and press “Next”

Enter your ADSL username and password that where provided in your welcome letter into the highlighted area, check the other settings match this screen shot then click “Apply Changes”

The router will now apply the changes this will take about 30 seconds.

Wait for the connection setting to be verified

Wait a few more seconds then check to ensure that the Internet Status displays “Connected” in blue.

If it says “Not Connected” in red, check all the settings are correct and press apply changes again.

You may have to wait a few seconds for status to change to connected

Click “Logout” to complete the configuration.
