In order to check the proxy settings in your Gigaset base station navigate to the IP address of the base station, if you don’t know the IP address we have a guide here that can help identify it:

Once you are on the interface select “Settings” along the top tab.

In the settings menu select “Telephony” on the left hand menu.

Under the Telephony settings find your Wi-Manx account (Usually the first 1) click the “Edit” button on the right.

Under the “Edit” menu select “show advanced settings” at the bottom

Scroll down to the bottom of the advanced settings and check to make sure that the Outbound mode is set to “Always”
